  • Return Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, sealed, and unused condition to be eligible for a return.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is not the item you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund.
  • Process: Contact our support team with your order number. Once our team verifies the condition of the returned item, we will guide you through the next steps.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit).
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, any hair color product that has been opened, unsealed, or partially used cannot be returned.
